In a vibrant ecosystem the Hunter Wetlands is a haven of wildlife and natural beauty. Nourish Café & Restaurant offers a space that exudes harmony and ambiance with spectacular views of the wetlands from the covered, out-door terrace. Nourish Café is a great place to meet with friends and offers an all day café menu & lunch ; open 10am to 3pm 7 day a week serving great Devonshire Teas and light café meals as well as a comprehensive lunch menu incorporating indigenous fusions. Picnic lunches are a specialty though you will need to pre-order these. And don’t forget Sunday Brunch; it is a must!
As a venue, Nourish is able to cater for up to 100 guests’ sit-down and 200 guests for a stand-up cocktail reception. The outdoor terrace with its priceless views of the Wetlands provides a magical atmosphere for your guests. Nourish also offers you the option of using the restaurant terrace or various serene and natural locations within the Wetlands for your wedding ceremony; a stunning backdrop to create lifetime memories.
